  1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders. You don't have to worry about any additional shipping charges. 

2. How long does it take for the items to be delivered? 

Our standard shipping time is 5 to 7  days, but it may vary depending on your location. Rest assured, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible 

3.What is your return policy? 

We have a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds page for more details

4. Are there any requirements for returning items? 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Make sure to include any accessories, manuals, or tags that came with the product     

5.How do I initiate a return? 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team either by phone or email. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.   

6.Is there any cost associated with returns? 

If you are returning an item due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, you may be responsible for the return shipping fees.
