Shipping Policy

Order Cut-off Time: Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT -05:00), which is based on New York's local time zone. Orders placed before this cut-off time will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time: Our handling time for order processing is 1-3 business days, from Monday to Friday. This includes picking, packing, and preparing your order for shipment. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Transit Time: The transit time for delivery is estimated to be 5-7 business days, from Monday to Friday. This timeframe represents the average time it takes for your order to be delivered once it has been shipped from our warehouse. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Fee: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. You will not be charged any additional fees for standard shipping.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and determine its current status. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number before requesting additional tracking information, as it may take some time for the tracking system to update.

Canceling Orders: If you change your mind after placing an order on our website, please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. We will gladly assist you in canceling your order and issuing a full refund, provided that your order has not yet been prepared and shipped. To ensure timely cancellation, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we will be unable to cancel it, but you can still request a return and initiate the refund process once you receive the items.
